Meet Deirdre
My name is Dr. Deirdre Conroy.
I help people like you rest easy.
a small women’s college in Boston. I knew my passion was to
study sleep even then and worked as a research assistant at
Sleep and Circadian Rhythm research laboratory at
Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical
School.
New York and received a doctorate inpsychology
with an emphasis in sleep disorders. I received additional
training at The Sleep Disorders Center at Columbia
Presbyterian Medical Center and Methodist Hospital
in New York.
Integrative Nutrition. When I am not coaching, I am a
clinical professor of psychiatry at Michigan
Medicine, where I am the Clinical Director of the
Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program. I am an active
member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine
and the Society ofBehavioral Sleep Medicine.
