Finding happiness and
satisfaction in your life
can be a journey.

My goal is to bring evidence
based approaches to help you
reach your full potential with
restful sleep and a healthy
mindset.
Learn the difference
between “primary foods
and “secondary foods.”

Primary foods are what
inspires us, relationships,
physical activity, self-care,
career and our goals.
Secondary foods are the
foods that we put in our
mouths.

A healthy balance of these
two are key to a healthy
lifestyle.
I am board certified in sleep
disorders medicine and also in
behavioral sleep medicine. I
have approximately 20 years
of experience in both sleep
treatments and sleep research.

I have published several peer
reviewed articles on the topic
areas of insomnia and mental
health.

Meet Deirdre

A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME:

Medicine, where I am the Clinical Director of the
Behavioral Sleep Medicine Program.
I am an active
member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine
